Inner Nature Card Deck

We aim to dispatch all orders within two to four business days. NZ Domestic orders incur a $8 flat shipping fee. There is an additional surcharge of $4 for rural delivery. 

Orders are generally sent by courier and should arrive within 2 working days once picked up. Orders to rural addresses can take longer. There may be delays during busy times of the year or if ordered over the weekend.

Your order comes packaged in a cardboard box with wood wool (recyclable material) to cushion the deck. The box is sent inside a compostable satchel bag to offer protection from the elements.

We ship to Australia via NZ Post. 

The charge for international shipping (economy tracked, 6 to 14 working days) is $25nzd to Australia. Shipping cost will go up as weight goes up. Options are priced out for up to three decks. If you want to make a larger order, or prefer a faster courier service, please get in touch via the contact form. 

If you are ordering from another overseas destination, please get in touch directly to place your order. Shipping costs will vary. 

Returns
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. The card decks must be returned unopened/unused, in their original plastic wrap packaging. Goods remain the property of the purchaser until they arrive to us in a saleable condition. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged in transit to us.

Card decks damaged or sent in error
We are happy to offer replacements on Inner Nature cards damaged in transit or sent in error. Please reach out to us at info@innernaturecards.com

Receiving a refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction
